Learning should change what people do—not just what they know.

EPIC Learning helps leaders and learning professionals turn insight into action, build practical capability, and create growth that lasts.

Connection → Direction → Growth → Multiplication

Information is everywhere.
Transformation is harder.

Context matters

Understanding comes before a useful solution.

Insight needs action

Learning creates value when behavior changes.

Growth needs support

Practice and reinforcement make capability last.

The EPIC Framework™

Four pillars. One repeatable development cycle.

EPIC is not a checklist people finish. Each pass through the cycle creates new awareness, new capability, and a new reason to engage again.

Explore each pillar ↓
The circular EPIC development cycle: Engage, Pursue, Inspire, Cultivate, then begin again.
01 • CONNECTION

ENGAGE

Be present enough to understand.

02 • DIRECTION

PURSUE

Turn understanding into intentional action.

03 • GROWTH

Expand what people believe is possible.

04 • MULTIPLICATION

CULTIVATE

Create the conditions for growth to continue.

Built by a practitioner

Why EPIC exists.

EPIC grew from years of learning design, leadership development, mentoring, adventure leadership, and observing a simple truth: people rarely transform because they received more information.

They transform through understanding, meaningful action, challenge, reflection, and reinforcement. Outdoor leadership offers a useful parallel: preparation matters, conditions change, judgment develops through experience, and people grow when they discover they can navigate what comes next.
